The procedure itself was done very efficiently. What stood out the most was the after care received, Joseph tells parents he is available 24 hours via What’s app or phone call for an emergency. He responds to your messages within a few hours or less. As first time parents we did message him quite often at all times of the day and he never once ignored our messages.
